Katarina Lopez is a Latina actress, director, and singer, born and raised in the San Fernando Valley. She is the co-founder of the Podcast Players Theatre Company and currently works as a Studio Tour Guide at Universal Studios Hollywood. She received at BA in Theatre Arts with an emphasis in Performance and a BS in Criminology and Criminal Justice from California Lutheran University in May 2021 where she was a Visual and Performing Arts Scholarship recipient and an award-winning actress. She received her MS in Criminal Justice from the University of Southern California in August 2022. Her degree choices form an unconventional combination, but are perfect for her commitment towards bringing theatre programs to BIPOC youth in communities like the one she called home. She made her professional debut with the Kingsmen Shakespeare Company and has also performed at the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival where she competed as a Semi-Finalist in the Irene Ryan Acting Competition. Recent roles include Anna in the American Film Institute short "Seed" directed by Genevieve Kertesz and Pheobe in the award-winning internet series "Metanoia" directed by Gaby Reublin. 

When she is not performing, she can be found binge-watching New Girl, attempting new DIY projects, or training in MMA.
